An interesting  activity for identifying Even and Odd numbers

This activity is very popular among my class kids and call " Pot " activity and in Hindi
"Gamla wala " activity

A pot is drawn and numbers are jumbled and given around the pot
there is a partition for odd and even numbers.

The children have to choose/pick odd numbers and write them below Odd and even numbers below
Even

children can give separate colours for Odd and Even numbers

Odd numbers and Even numbers

Even numbers - all numbers ending with 0,2,4,6,8 are even numbers
Example - 10, 14, 42, 56, 18 are all even numbers.

Odd numbers - all numbers ending with 1,3,5,7,9 are odd numbers
Example - 11, 23, 45, 57, 19 are all odd numbers.
